For custom tailoring services :

• Measurements provided by the customer must be accurate.
• Once a custom order is placed, it  cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Alterations may be offered at our discretion, depending on the issue reported.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Due to the nature of fabrics and custom-tailored garments :

• No refunds  are provided once the product is cut, stitched, or altered.
• Readymade garments may be exchanged only if unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition within the specified period.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
